Privacy policy

How AgentesVA processes personal information, why we use it, and how to exercise your rights.

Source policy last updated: 10 July 2026

Who is responsible

The data controller is Elizabeth Salguero (AgentesVA, agentesva.com), tax identifier Z0631676D, at Carrer Lleó 27, 43004 Tarragona, Spain. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

What information we collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. We do not request payment information for this purpose.

How we use it

We use your email to send the AgentesVA newsletter, the free resource requested when subscribing, and communications related to the newsletter. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Legal basis

The basis is your consent, given by checking the form’s consent box and confirming your subscription by email through double opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Service providers

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) manages the mailing list and delivery as a processor. The website is hosted on Vercel. Both providers offer data protection safeguards under European rules.

Automation assessment

When you send an automation assessment, we process your answers, name, and email to review and respond to your request. A secure Vercel function receives the submission and records it in our operational Notion CRM. Individual assessment answers are not used in Google Analytics, and completing the assessment does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Analytics

If you accept the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure aggregate website usage. This is separate from newsletter subscription, is blocked by default, and does not include advertising signals. See the cookie policy for details.

Retention

We retain your email while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we stop using it for mailings and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the AEPD in Spain.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You may also ask to unsubscribe by email.

Policy changes

When the policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Relevant changes are communicated through the newsletter.
